Painters Greenhosue, 734 Roy Moore Rd, Old Fort, NC 28762, USA

Tom Tribble, previous president of the Blue Ridge Audubon Society, will be giving a talk on bird-friendly gardening at Painters.  Tom is a long-time Audubon ambassador, a key supporter of the Beaver Lake Bird Sanctuary, and keeps quite busy leading bird walks and birding trips for groups of all kinds.  For years Tom has led outreach efforts for Audubon NC's Bird Friendly Native Plants program, encouraging local growers to grow more native and bird-safe plants.  We love Tom's warm and inclusive teaching style - his enthusiasm is infectious and he has so much knowledge and experience to share!

By adding natives to your landscape, your gardens can provide essential support for birds in all seasons.  Come learn which perennials, shrubs and trees provide food and shelter that birds need to thrive.
