SPECIALTY HOUSEPLANT RELEASE
A select number of these Monstera adansonii, aka 'Swiss Cheese Vine', totems will be made available this week. In 12" pots, on homemade sphagnum moss poles, these wide-form beauties have been grown from plugs here at Painters! You'll be hard pressed to find a totem of this quality anywhere else! Available for $75.
Related to Monstera deliciosa, this vining plant is also known for the stunning holes (fenestrations) on its leaves. Like many trailing plants, it is epiphytic in its natural habitat (it grows up trees seeking sunlight and nutrients). Indoors it also loves to climb, and will really take off if given the support of a trellis, moss pole, or wall.
